Return/Refund Policy
At Plumbum Stationery BD, we want you to love your stationery as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Discounted or clearance items (unless faulty).
- Already used stationery items (e.g., opened pens, markers, notebooks already written in).
2. Return Process
- Contact us at info@plumbumbd.store or via our Facebook page with your order number and photos of the product.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
- The product must be shipped back to us using Pathao or a courier of your choice.
3. Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement item instead of a cash refund.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
- If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace the product with the same item (if available) or a similar product of equal value.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as the order has not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, you must follow the return process instead.
